"Potential Demand for Local Agricultural Products by Mobile Markets"
We interviewed stakeholders at 6 sites in the US with FMPP funded mobile markets. The interviews reveal the potential of the emerging distribution system of mobile markets and mobile food pantries to increase sales of locally grown produce, particularly in food insecure communities.
