On April 5th Kathryn Carroll presented “Product Bundling as a Behavioral Nudge: Investigating Consumer Fruit & Vegetable Selection Using Dual-Self Theory” at the Produce for Better Health Foundation's Annual Consumer Connection Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Produce for Better Health Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to increase fruit and vegetable consumption for better health.
